Please allow additional time for delivery based on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
For most items, shipping is fulfilled by a third-party service. This means that shipping times and availability may vary depending on the item.
Physical books, digital books, and audiobooks are fulfilled directly by Imzadi Publishing and will follow separate processing and shipping timelines.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your non-digital items, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened merchandise (except in cases where the item was defective or damaged during shipping).
Digital books, audiobooks, and physical books are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for merchandise. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
